- 11 Years experience in analogue and digital hardware development and design
- Experience from designing electronics and software for RC helicopters
- 3 Years experience in micro electronic manufacturing

- Background from Royal Norwegian Air Force
- 10 Years as F-16 Pilot, including 4 Years as squadron commander or deputy
- 3 Years as Project Officer at Norwegian Defense Research Establishment
- Currently Chief of Staff to COO of SAS Norge and active Pilot
